What counts as technical support?
Technical support covers most queries that you have about, or related
to, the Just Space products and services that you use. Some support
tasks are free, whilst others (at our discretion) may involve an
administration charge to cover our time and expenses.
Which types of support are free?
Free technical support includes anything that relates directly to
the set-up and functioning of our products and services. It usually
involves configuration or settings on our servers, and seldom includes
configuration or settings on client computers.
Which types of support are chargeable?
Any technical support that isn't included in the free support
definition (see above) is chargeable. This includes any programming
or scripting work that you ask us to do, and any telephone or e-mail
assistance you request.
Don't worry, though - you'll always be told before you incur any
costs! We accept payment by credit card (or debit card) for telephone,
e-mail and other office-based support work. Payment must be made in
full before work commences.

We accept cheques, cash, direct bank transfers, UK & international money orders, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, American Express, JCB, Switch, Eurocard and Diners Club). If you choose not to use a credit card, your payment will need to be processed manually by us, and your order may be delayed. Payment must be received in full before orders can be processed.
All our prices are quoted without VAT, and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. If you're not subject to U.K. VAT regulations, please contact us to arrange your order personally (in order to avoid the VAT charge). In such cases, we will require your European Union tax or exemption number, or a valid invoicing address in a country that is not subject to UK or EU excise regulations.
