What's a forwarding service, then?
Once you've got your domain name registered (or transferred into our system),
there are two things you're likely to want it to do... run a web site, and
receive e-mail messages. Other people out there in the rest of the world will
send messages to your domain name (in our case, they send messages to
info@justspace.com). They also find your web site with their web browser
software by typing "www" followed by your domain name (in our case, they
type www.justspace.com). The programs people use to send e-mail to you,
and to browse your web site, will need to find the computer which handles
your domain (and that's our servers). The 'forwarding' for e-mail and
web sites is a simple cross-reference table that ties your domain name
to your e-mail box and your web site.
Web Forwarding
If you simply register a domain name with us, we can offer 'IP forwarding'
or 'web page redirection' for your web site. IP forwarding is where you
host your web site on your own server, which has its own IP address. We
tell any web browser that's asking for your domain name that the web site
will be found at your server's IP address. Alternatively the redirection
service simply tells web browsers the full URL (web address) for a web
site that already exists elsewhere on the internet. You'd use that if you
already have a web site and simply want the new domain name to lead people
to it.
But if you're hosting your web site with JustSpace, you don't need to
worry about the IP forwarding - we take care of that for you.
E-mail Forwarding
E-mail forwarding simply makes sure that any e-mail sent to your domain
name gets sent straight to any other e-mail address of your choice.
So now you can use any e-mail address at your domain name, and (for
example, we could tell people to send e-mails to 'somebody@justspace.com',
or even 'mr.nobody@justspace.com', if we wanted to!) Your e-mail
forwarding is also included as standard when you register a domain name
at Just Space (or transfer in an existing domain name from another registrar).

Payment methods:
We accept cheques, cash, direct bank transfers, UK & international money orders, major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Delta, American Express, JCB, Switch, Eurocard and Diners Club). If you choose not to use a credit card, your payment will need to be processed manually by us, and your order may be delayed. Payment must be received in full before orders can be processed.
VAT regulations:
All our prices are quoted without VAT, and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate. If you're not subject to U.K. VAT regulations, please contact us to arrange your order personally (in order to avoid the VAT charge). In such cases, we will require your European Union tax or exemption number, or a valid invoicing address in a country that is not subject to UK or EU excise regulations.
